Draft decides where you can fish
SeaStorm 14 draws 18 cm. Shallow margins, reed lines and low ramps stay reachable where a deeper hull touches bottom. Overall length is 428 cm on a 186 cm beam.
An open deck instead of superstructure
The console layout leaves the deck clear: room to cast, room for a landing net and boxes, and a walkaround that does not end at a cabin. Stowage is 74 L forward and 2× 35 L aft.
HDPE around hooks, ramps and jetties
Fishing means contact. A double-wall HDPE hull takes it without gelcoat to chip or osmosis to treat; the double wall also serves as structural buoyancy reserve. Scratches stay scratches. Concrete damage always needs a professional assessment.
Plastic or aluminium
Both work. Aluminium is light and stiff but corrodes galvanically in salt water once fittings of other metals are involved. HDPE does not corrode and needs no sacrificial anode, at the price of more weight than a comparable aluminium hull.

The bare hull weighs 260 kg. With engine, trailer and gear the rig stays in a range many cars may tow — the towing capacity in your vehicle documents and the trailer's permitted mass decide. Catalogued for up to five persons and up to 40 hp; type plate and conformity papers remain decisive.
